Requirements

Master's degree in social work, Counseling. Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related field
Licensed in New Mexico (LISW, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, LAMFT)
Compassionate, motivated, and community-minded
Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a supportive team
Passionate about helping youth and families succeed
Ready to bring hope, healing, and positive change to Southern New Mexico

Nice To Haves

New Mexico Licensure Preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Work directly with youth ages 12-17 and their families in homes, schools, and community settings.
Build strong relationships with families.
Use strength-based and culturally responsive approaches.
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community partners.
Help families overcome challenges and achieve lasting success.
Receive ongoing support, supervision, and professional development.
