About The Position

ACNB Bank is seeking a Community Banking Manager II to lead two key offices in Gettysburg, PA: Lincoln Square and West Gettysburg. This role focuses on building a high-performing team, deepening customer relationships, and driving growth in deposits, loans, and referrals. It is a leadership position with clear performance outcomes tied to the success of the offices and the surrounding community. The ideal candidate will foster a high-trust, high-performance environment, acting as a player-coach who develops people and sees customer conversations as opportunities for long-term relationship building. Digital tools are encouraged to enhance the personal touch of community banking, and results are visible, measurable, and celebrated.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience managing a banking office or equivalent leadership experience.
A strong understanding of community banking operations, sales, and compliance.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience coaching and developing teams.
A genuine commitment to serving the Gettysburg community.

Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and develop the Community Banking team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales, deposit, and lending goals.
Lead by example as a player-coach, setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring the office meets and exceeds business objectives.
Represent ACNB Bank at local events and organizations to strengthen the bank’s presence and cultivate long-term relationships.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure each interaction reflects the standard of Service Excellence.
Manage branch operations, including vault balancing, compliance, and risk controls.
Partner with internal business lines such as Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Commercial Lending to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
