The Community Banker acts as a go-to expert for customers, handling everyday transactions and opening new accounts. They are often the first point of contact and are relied upon for answers, guidance, and solutions. The role emphasizes building relationships, not just processing transactions, and involves assisting customers with various banking needs, from cashing checks to opening business accounts that support their goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Math or accounting skills
- Computer Experience
- Exhibits Customer Service skills
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business

- Teller/cash handling experience
