The role emphasizes creating exceptional customer experiences, earning trust through accurate and efficient processing, building relationships with customers, and proactively recommending products that support their financial well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic Math or accounting skills
• Computer Experience
• Exhibits Customer Service skills
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business

Nice To Haves

• Teller/cash handling experience
• Sales Experience

Responsibilities

• Handle everyday transactions.
• Open new accounts.
• Build and grow relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively recommend and educate customers on FSCB products that support their financial well-being.
• Represent FSCB’s values with pride—inside and outside the bank.
