This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, attending community events, developing local partnerships, and helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.

Requirements

• A natural relationship builder who enjoys networking and community involvement.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in banking, retail sales, hospitality, business development, customer service, or community engagement.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about helping people succeed.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• NMLS registry required
• Proven sales skills
• Good analytical skills
• Developed customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
• Ability to use a PC and alpha/numeric keyboard

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash-handling experience preferred
• Minimum of 24 months of sales and/or banking experience preferred
• Life License (LB) preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and residents.
• Represent First Bank at networking events, community gatherings, and local business functions.
• Host and support branch events and outreach activities.
• Create meaningful conversations that uncover client needs and connect them to the right banking solutions.
• Deliver exceptional client service while processing banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Partner with internal specialists to help clients with lending, investments, and business banking needs.
• Maintain operational excellence and compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
