Your Role As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you’ll be the bridge between homeowners, boards, and support teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch community experiences. This dynamic position offers you the opportunity to lead with expertise while cultivating strong relationships. From day-to-day communications to overseeing community projects, no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role where your organizational and leadership skills will shine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience managing multiple projects and relationships
  • Ability to balance tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Skilled communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage complex relationships with ease
  • Ability to engage with people and foster lasting relationships

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage multiple community relationships, providing excellent communication and customer service to homeowners, boards, and vendors.
  • Conduct monthly financial analyses and present insights to Boards of Directors, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding Boards of Directors in areas like rule and policy development, financial planning, and litigation prevention.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage community projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular community site visits to review amenities, ensure compliance with community rules, and manage vendor coordination.
  • Plan and attend board meetings, annual meetings, elections, and community events, while preparing strategic marketing and communication plans.
  • Prepare meeting materials, code invoices, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth community operations.
