About The Position

Esplanade at Wellen Park is seeking a driven Community Association Manager (CAM) to join their team. This role is responsible for the overall homeowner experience and daily life within the community, maintaining governing documents, and developing relationships with community owners. The CAM will contribute to a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization and be part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience working within a community, preferably large-scale, or closely related experience.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
  • Capacity to plan, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in information technology including Outlook, Microsoft platforms, and industry-related programs.
  • Competent knowledge of general maintenance for snow removal, landscaping, and storm water retention.
  • Active Florida Community Association Manager License.
  • Holds (or is pursuing) the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or higher certification.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee vendors for neighborhood and common area maintenance (landscaping, snow removal).
  • Manage Community Security and Greeter's Cottage, including property access.
  • Oversee code enforcement for members and construction through inspections and reminder letters.
  • Manage repair and maintenance of roads, street signage, lighting, trail systems, and storm water retention areas.
  • Prepare and assist with Community and Neighborhood budgets.
  • Oversee reserve studies for Community Association assets.
  • Secure and prepare bid specifications.
  • Coordinate Association and Neighborhood communications.
  • Assist with collection of dues, assessments, and other charges, sending reminder letters as needed.
  • Work with the Community Association Board, coordinate and attend Board meetings, track minutes and resolutions.
  • Track and maintain financial, compliance, and corporate records, membership, disclosure statements, and governing documents.
  • Maintain Board training and Planned Community statute compliance.
  • Maintain certifications and education relevant to the role.
  • Work with leadership to manage insurance coverage.
  • Perform other duties as required.
