About The Position

KS Management Inc. is seeking a full-time Community Association Manager to join its growing company. With over 50 years of combined experience managing condominiums and home owners' associations, the company currently manages over 100 Associations in Southeast Michigan. This role provides oversight of all operational and financial aspects of residential communities, focusing exclusively on Condominium Owner Associations and Homeowner Associations.

Responsibilities

Conduct meetings with vendors, community members, and the Board of Directors; prepare and distribute management reports and meeting agendas.
Perform routine property inspections to identify violations of governing documents and rules, alleviating pressure on the Board of Directors.
Advise Board members to ensure they are equipped to make decisions in the best interest of the community.
Oversee expenditures, budget creation, and monitor payables and receivables.
Collect and organize all documentation related to Association operations, including records, documents, and correspondence.
Coordinate the bidding process, present results to the Board, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure completion of approved scope of work.
Provide general supervision of the maintenance of all common areas, keeping records of maintenance, and ensuring prompt compliance with all laws.
