About The Position

HOAMCO is seeking a talented Florida licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to service the Cantonment, Florida region and surrounding areas such as Tallahassee and Gulf Breeze. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing homeowner associations, primarily those run by developers. This role involves regular business travel to various communities. HOAMCO is an industry leader in HOA management and offers a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property, or community Manager.
  • Florida Licensed - CAM.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and current car insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage community according to governing documents, management agreement, and contracts.
  • Proactive, clear communication with the Board of Directors, vendors, and internal team.
  • Financial acumen and competency in preparing budgets, timely payments, and monthly financials.
  • Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion.
  • Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Stay current with best industry practices and applicable laws, and educate boards on the same.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
