About The Position

HOAMCO is looking for a talented HOA Manager to assist our communities throughout the Flagstaff region and beyond. HOAMCO is a leader in HOA management and is described as a great place to work. This role involves managing communities according to governing documents, management agreements, and contracts, while maintaining proactive communication with the Board of Directors, vendors, and the internal team. The position requires financial acumen for budget preparation, timely payments, and monthly financials, along with performing administrative duties and regular property visits for inspections and project oversight. The ideal candidate will stay current with industry best practices and applicable laws, educating boards accordingly. All HOAMCO employees are expected to project a positive image, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, be a strong team player, possess highly effective interpersonal skills, have a passion for customer service, and maintain an enthusiastic, professional, and positive demeanor with integrity and credibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property or community Manager
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage community according to governing docs, management agreement and contracts.
  • Proactive, clear communication with BOD, vendors, and internal team.
  • Financial acumen and competency preparing budgets, timely payments, and monthly financials.
  • Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion.
  • Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually.
  • Regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project oversight.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Stay current with best industry practices, as well as all current applicable laws and educate boards on same.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
