The primary emphasis will be providing legal support to our condominium,
cooperative and homeowners’ association clientele. While community association
experience is preferred, a similar practice area experience will be considered
for candidates willing to study and learn the applicable law.

Requirements

• Florida Bar Member
• Must have at least 2 years of experience.
• Successful candidates must have excellent skills in the areas of client relations.

Nice To Haves

• Community Association/HOA experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing community association issues and drafting legal opinions
• Client relations
• Interpreting and drafting amendments to governing documents
• Preparing for and attending board and membership meetings
• Case law Research
• Reviewing and modifying service contracts
• Enforcement of governing documents
