We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join a skilled care team supporting a young adult with complex clinical and social needs in her own home. This rewarding role focuses on delivering life-enhancing, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and meaningful daily experiences. You will work collaboratively alongside an established team of care professionals, family members, and personal health assistants to provide exceptional support. Candidates must be comfortable working in a home environment with cats, dogs, and other pets. A full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential due to the location and shift requirements. Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of UK complex care experience in the last 2 years.
  • Skilled in respiratory support.
  • Skilled in medication management.
  • Skilled in intra-muscular medication administration.
  • Comfortable working in a home environment with cats, dogs, and other pets.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
