About The Position

Taylor Management is looking for a reliable Community Administrator to become an integral part of our property management team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Community Manager by managing administrative tasks related to homeowner and condominium associations. Your efforts will help foster a harmonious community environment while ensuring that the operational processes run smoothly. Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Prior experience in community management or administrative support is preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Customer service-friendly attitude, with a commitment to resolving resident concerns
  • Familiarity with property management software is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new residents and preparation of welcome materials
  • Managing inquiries from residents and providing prompt responses
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and interfacing with service providers
  • Keeping community documentation and records organized and up to date
  • Supporting the Community Manager in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
  • Assisting in the preparation of community meetings and documentation
  • Performing ad-hoc projects as required by management
