About The Position

Perform administrative support functions for the assigned area of responsibility. Essential duties include the following: Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner. Prepares User Account Maintenance Forms in accordance with RPC policies. Responsible for obtaining requisition information and issuing purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with CES and RPC purchasing policies. Responsible for obtaining receiving documentation and entering receipts in the financial reporting system in accordance with CES and RPC purchasing policies. Responsible for requesting new item numbers from RPC procurement department. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of item numbers utilized on purchase orders, if applicable. Responsible for communicating CES/SOS purchase order number to SOS vendor for inclusion on correspondence from CES/SOS vendor. Responsible for reviewing open purchase orders and following up with system receivers and/or vendors to ensure purchase orders are received in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of general ledger coding of items purchased in accordance with CES/SOS and RPC chart of accounts. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of unit of measure and pricing on purchase orders. Responsible for ensuring pricing is consistent with supplier contracts, if applicable. Responsible for resolving price or quantity discrepancies with CES/SOS vendors. Orders computers, cell phones, business cards, and office supplies and provides cell phone administration for the assigned area of responsibility, if applicable. Responsible for tracking employee uniforms and boots. Responsible for answering incoming calls & routing to the appropriate party, if applicable. Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary. Address special project needs that may be assigned by the SOS Controller, CES Vice President of Finance, CES and SOS Business Unit Management or RPC. Adhere to RPC’s Code of Business Conduct, CES/SOS policies and specific programs and enforce company guidelines. Meet all required qualifications and, where applicable, training standards applicable to the position. This position is not required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan but is subject to testing requirements listed within the plan.
