About The Position

The Community Activity Coordinator is an integral part of the Business Development team. Will be responsible for scheduling ongoing activities in community nursing homes, senior living centers, etc. Keeping in mind the philosophy underlying the agency concepts of care, the Community Activity Coordinator will model those concepts of care to patients, families and the community at large.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Licensed or certified in a field of health care
  • Experience in a management or supervisory position
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Warm and people-oriented personality
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Clean background and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling ongoing activities in community nursing homes, senior living centers, etc.
  • Modeling agency concepts of care to patients, families, and the community at large.
