About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Community Access Staff member to provide community-based support to a client in Lexington, KY. This position involves providing 20-25 hours per week of community access services, supporting the client with meaningful activities and engagement in the community. The role encourages independence, participation, and positive community experiences. The ideal candidate must be reliable, responsible, and professional. This is an independent contract position focused on helping create positive and engaging community experiences.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass background checks and drug screening
• Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude

• Dependable, responsible, and professional

Responsibilities

Benefits

• Starting pay: $25/hour
• After training completion and passing score, pay increases to $30/hour
