Requirements

Technical Mechanical Test-III (TMT III)
Technical Knowledge Test - II (TKT II)

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Responsibilities

Conduct fault isolation and resolution
Interact directly with customers and support organizations/vendors that provide technical assistance and resolution.
Provide primary technical support for Ethernet-based products and services.
Use network tools, test equipment, and systems to support troubleshooting activities.
