Responsibilities

  • Assists with the development and distribution of internal communications to support employee engagement, organizational initiatives, and effective communication across departments.
  • Supports the creation, scheduling, and maintenance of social media content, website updates, digital communications, and other marketing materials consistent with the hospital's brand and strategic goals.
  • Coordinates and provides logistical support for community outreach events, health fairs, employee events, and other activities designed to strengthen relationships with patients, employees, and community partners.
  • Assists with marketing projects, promotional campaigns, graphic materials, and special initiatives that enhance community awareness and support organizational growth.
  • Provides administrative and project support to various administrative departments, assisting with special projects, reports, presentations, and other organizational priorities as assigned.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service while contributing to the hospital's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional patient and employee experiences.
