About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Communications Specialist to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC/AO) Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner (CTBIP) contract. The role will provide services to build cloud foundations for the Judiciary, including cloud advisory, strategy, and implementation services. The position is contingent upon contract award, anticipated for summer, with an expected start in fall 2026. It must be performed remotely within the United States, with occasional travel to the customer site in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience creating communication materials and products for past projects.
• Experience with large-scale communications efforts, preferably related to a change management initiative.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge, interest, and experience delivering communications related to cloud technology initiatives.
• Experience with technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans that support project initiatives and organizational objectives.
• Create clear, engaging, and informative content for various stakeholders.
• Manage communication channels and ensure timely, consistent delivery of information across the organization.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align communications with project goals.
• Ensure clarity and consistency of messaging throughout the change initiative.
• Support the creation of communication materials and products, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and FAQs.
