About The Position

As part of Digital Business and Technology Solutions, the Chief Technology Office provides the strategic infrastructure, and technology services and support to ensure ongoing stability and availability of our systems for our Clients, Advisors and Employees. The Communications Specialist will be part of a team to drive recognition, engagement and consistency of messaging across our global CTO team.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet numerous deadlines
• Ability to take initiative, be creative and work independently
• Aptitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft business software, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Interest to create/edit video content using different skills as well as use AI

Nice To Haves

• Interested in a degree/diploma in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling internal branding/marketing communication materials to promote department initiatives and drive engagement
• Help to plan and organize events to support the leaders within CTO
• Design creative communication, Viva Engage and MS Teams, to increase event participation of Students and Early Careers Employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals
• Attend regular team meetings to assist in the planning and scheduling of work based on priority and capacity
