We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Communications Senior Manager to lead our Member Services, Retail, and Marketing departments. This leadership role oversees four supervisors and is responsible for departmental growth, brand strategy, staff management, and delivering an exceptional customer lifecycle experience. This position is 20+ hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time (30–40 hours/week) role. The role includes shifts at customer-facing service desks as needed.
