Responsibilities

• Draft compelling, clear, and accurate content—including articles, emails, presentations, toolkits, videos, and messaging—aligned with SAIC’s goal to engage, inform, and inspire employees.
• Manage internal communication activities, including content scheduling, monitoring metrics, maintaining intranet content, overseeing communication calendars, and supporting stakeholder requests.
• Partner with teams across SAIC—including Human Resources, leadership, and other internal departments—to effectively deliver communications that drive employee understanding and engagement with organizational goals.
• Contribute to internal campaigns focused on change management, organizational transformation, employee engagement, new technology adoption, and retention strategies.
• Stay current with industry tools for internal communications—including platforms for employee engagement, intranet management, and metrics—embracing opportunities to pilot and implement technologies to meet communication objectives.
