The Manager, Communications Planning partners with the Director, Media Strategy and Integrated Planning to support the development and execution of integrated media strategies and activation plans across brand and performance paid channels while managing day-to-day budget tracking and financials. The Manager collaborates closely with marketing teams, channel specialists, project management, finance, external agency partners, and senior leadership, as appropriate. This hands-on role suits a fast-paced operator who excels at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while contributing to strategic planning in a highly collaborative, partnership-driven environment. Success is measured by on-time campaign launches, accuracy of financial reporting, effective coordination of full-funnel media execution timelines, and timely delivery of reporting for sales and marketing teams.
