About The Position
Under the direction of the Lead Communications Partner, operate the Hospital telephone switchboard to ensure all calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner. This role will maintain a centralized source for information for patients, customers, and employees during outages, emergencies, and disasters.

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Good understanding of English, spoken and written
- Ability to express courtesy and tact
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships.
