The Office of Government Relations and Economic Development at Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Communication, Marketing, and Event Coordinator for Business and Economic Development in Boca Raton, FL. This is a highly visible role for a hands-on creative professional who takes charge of the unit’s public presence, drives participant recruitment across every program, and serves as an on-the-ground ambassador for the unit’s work throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Business and Economic Development, the Coordinator designs and executes the unit’s integrated communications strategy; independently produces the creative assets, campaigns, and collateral required to fill programs and events; plans and delivers workshops, trainings, and signature convenings; and manages the marketing and event data that support grant reporting, funder compliance, and continuous improvement. The Coordinator is the creative engine and operational backbone that ensures the unit’s programs are seen, understood, attended, and remembered. End Date: Sept 30, 2026, and renewable per grant cycles.
