The Communications Manager is responsible for engaging audiences of The Center for Family Support across all communications channels. In collaboration with Development, Human Resources, Program, and Executive Teams, create content to communicate CFS’ mission, values, priorities, programs, employment opportunities, activities, and initiatives. The Communications Manager will create messaging and materials for all CFS target audiences, including program participants and their families; care managers, support coordinators, and families looking for support; CFS staff; employment candidates; donors, vendors, and Board members; and government, funding and community partners. The content and messages created will position CFS as a leading I/DD organization that is person-centered; advocacy oriented; innovation and technology leaders; collaborative; staff development focused; and thought leaders in the I/DD field.
