The Communications Manager will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to ensure residents are aware of and engage with Philadelphia’s Neighborhood Community Action Centers. This role emphasizes storytelling, outreach, and message development to connect the City’s most vulnerable populations—prioritized using the Social Vulnerability Index (SVI)—with the services and resources available through the Action Centers.
