ABOUT THIS POSITION We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented communicator to join Waystar’s Marketing team, reporting to the Vice President of Communications + Client Advocacy. This role will play a meaningful role in shaping and advancing Waystar’s brand narrative, driving storytelling excellence and ensuring a cohesive, impactful voice across audiences and channels—applying thoughtful strategy, strong editorial judgment, and a working knowledge of emerging technology. This role will partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate business priorities into high-quality content that reflects Waystar’s mission, values, and voice. You will write, edit, and proofread materials for multiple platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact by applying sound judgment around audience, timing, and channel selection and by leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and precision.
