Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and public relations.
Proficiency with communication tools and platforms such as content management systems and social media schedulers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with organizational goals.
Manage and create content for social media platforms, websites, and newsletters.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged.
Serve as a liaison between the organization and media outlets, facilitating press releases and media inquiries.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns using performance metrics.
