About The Position
Consider Posh Pro is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, entry-level Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. The role is suited to a recent graduate or someone beginning a career in communications, public relations, or marketing. The coordinator will collaborate with multiple departments, contribute to content creation, and help strengthen the company’s brand presence across channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Manage social media accounts by drafting posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
- Support planning and execution of company-sponsored events and campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website and communication databases.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communications activities.
