About The Position

This position is available only to enrolled American University students. The student will support the Digital Media Manager in managing SPA's social media presence by monitoring engagement and mentions, scheduling content in Sprout Social, and compiling performance analytics. They will also research emerging social media trends and contribute ideas to help keep SPA's channels engaging and relevant. Responsibilities

• Keeping track of engagement and mentions on SPA social media channels.
• Compiling analytics reports.
• Plugging content and captions into Sprout Social for scheduling.
• Brainstorming/researching content trends for SPA’s channels.
