Under the direction of the Communications Officer, the assistant participates in the smooth functioning of the unit's operations. This role involves posting news items, visuals, and events online to the ISoN website, TV screens, Envoke, and social media platforms, as well as updating existing website content. The position also provides ongoing logistical event support, including coordination, communications, photography and videography, and set-up. Additionally, the assistant will provide general administrative support, including shifts at the main reception desk on the 18th floor. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #4 on a scale of 0-4.
