About The Position

Four Seasons is seeking a passionate Communications Operator to join their team in a fast-paced work environment. This role is responsible for answering and directing phone calls, pages, radio requests, and faxes efficiently, courteously, and professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons' policies. The position reports to the Communications Manager.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Computer Literacy

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Hotel/Resort highly preferred.
