Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional personality
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with customers in person
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Customer service, communications, retail, or promotional experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and community members in a professional manner
Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company initiatives
Assist with customer outreach and promotional activities
Answer questions and address concerns appropriately
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the team
Support in-person promotional events and community activities
Assist with preparing communication materials and informational resources
Maintain accurate records of communications and assigned activities
Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent messaging
Represent the company professionally during customer-facing activities
