About The Position
Entertainment Travel Associates is seeking an outgoing and articulate Communications Agent to support customer interactions and communicate clear, engaging information about the company’s products and services. The role involves representing the company professionally during promotional activities and events, responding to general questions, and building positive relationships with customers. The position offers training in communication and customer engagement, practical experience in public-facing activities, and opportunities for professional development and advancement. Team members may gain hands-on exposure to business operations and develop skills in team coordination, decision-making, communication, planning, and organizational strategy. Compensation is stated as $60,000–$67,000 annually and also as USD 3,800–USD 4,425 monthly.
