About The Position

The Seasonal/Contracted Communications Project Manager is a temporary position responsible for maintaining Hope's Closet’s marketing and communications efforts during a staff leave. This role supports the execution of social media content, photography, digital advertising, email marketing, website updates, and promotional campaigns for retail sales and special events while advancing the mission and vision of Hope's Closet.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience managing social media platforms for a business, nonprofit, ministry or organization.
Experience creating content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Meta Business Suite.
Proficiency in photography and basic photo editing via Lightroom.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently.

Nice To Haves

degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, Graphic Design or related field preferred.
Experience with email marketing platforms and website content management preferred.
Familiarity with Hope's Closet and The Church of Eleven22 ® mission and values preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage Hope's Closet social media platforms through content creation, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
Capture and edit product, store and event photography for marketing and promotional use.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for sales, events and seasonal initiatives.
Create, manage and monitor Meta advertising campaigns.
Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns supporting retail promotions and special events.
Update website event information and promotional content as needed.
Design, coordinate and order marketing collateral while maintaining Hope's Closet brand standards.
Manage marketing-related email communications and support additional promotional initiatives as assigned.
Perform various duties as required
