Requirements

• At least two years of collegiate experience in public relations, communications or marketing.
• Self-motivated, curious, and tenacious personality.
• Excellent team member.
• Desire to constantly evolve and achieve.
• Must live in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to innovative new pursuits in governmental and finance digital communications including: persona based newsletters, dynamic email strategies and digital campaigns through communications strategies and tactics.
• Researches new opportunities in digital communications.
• Contributes to the team in building organizational brand awareness and trust.
• Collaborates with the team for written publications across print, social and digital mediums.
• Develops strategic communication plans for new initiatives.
• Manages special projects.
