About The Position

Accurate Home Care is seeking a compassionate and organized communicator for their part-time Communication Care Center Specialist position. This role serves as the first point of positive contact for clients, families, and caregivers with Accurate Home Care. The position offers a blend of remote and in-office work, with specific hours on weekdays and every other weekend. The starting rate is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• One year of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Basic understanding of home health care services
• Basic understanding of medical terminology required
• Fluent in the English language

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone and software system to assist callers by answering questions and/or routing them to the appropriate representative.
• Provide office support including data entry, medical records management, forwarding faxes, transcription, scanning, completing form order requests, handling mail, and various other administrative tasks.
• Utilize professional communication, both verbal and written, to provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external contacts.
