About The Position

Join a Barron’s Top 100 wealth management practice serving ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients. We are seeking an experienced branding and communications professional to help elevate and expand an established marketing platform, enhance the practice’s market presence, and support strategic client engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate who can operate both strategically and tactically—building upon an existing foundation while driving sophisticated branding, communications, and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The position offers exposure to high-profile media opportunities, executive communications, thought leadership, and integrated marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in branding, communications, marketing, public relations, or related fields
  • Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience working with creative, media, branding, digital marketing, or public relations agencies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience building and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels and audiences
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and KPI measurement
  • Strong organizational, strategic, and execution-oriented skill set
  • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Marketo, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred
  • Financial services, wealth management, or professional services industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute and enhance integrated branding, marketing, and communication strategies across digital, social media, website, email, and client communication channels
  • Develop and refine presentations, white papers, thought leadership content, client-facing materials, and branded collateral
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing, creative, media, and public relations agencies to maximize brand visibility and engagement
  • Coordinate high-profile media appearances, interviews, speaking engagements, public relations initiatives, and event promotion
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, teams, markets, and all client touchpoints
  • Oversee content distribution strategies, communication workflows, and integrated marketing campaign execution
  • Track and analyze core branding and marketing KPIs, including website traffic, audience engagement, lead generation, SEO/SEM performance, media impressions, social media growth, email campaign metrics, and event ROI
  • Utilize analytics and reporting insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and overall marketing ROI
  • Collaborate effectively across advisors, leadership teams, and external partners within a complex, cross-functional organization
  • Support the continued growth and positioning of the practice’s brand within the wealth management industry
