About The Position
The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper cleanliness of the common areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- General cleaning skills, basic maintenance skills
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Perform all assigned tasks safely
- Assist customers with any questions/requests
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of all common areas, including but not limited to: Breezeways, stairwells, elevator, fitness center, etc.
- Periodic parking garage cleaning
- Pool area and pool restrooms cleaning
- Grounds cleaning
- Maintain cleaning carts
- Maintain cleaning equipment
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual cleaning lists as assigned by the supervisor and/or managers
- Unloading trucks
- Moving material
- Storm preparation
- Other duties as assigned by the management
