About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the WorldMark Portland Waterfront Resort. The role performs housekeeping throughout the resort, caring for interior spaces and helping keep outdoor amenities welcoming so guests can relax. The position is part-time, 28 hours per week, at $18.50 per hour. The attendant must be open to working weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.

Responsibilities

Perform housekeeping throughout the resort to ensure consistent cleanliness.
Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors, and fixtures; wash floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork.
Sweep, scrub, and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; and replenish paper products in restrooms and locker rooms.
Pick up debris, empty trash containers, and transport materials to disposal and recycling areas.
Take precautions to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
Maintain positive relationships with guests, owners, and associates by responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and completely.
