Intel's Global Sourcing Equipment and Materials (GSEM) organization is seeking a Commodity Manager responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for Sub-Fab equipment, spares, and services. This role will focus on critical Sub-Fab systems including chillers, pumps, abatements, vacuum equipment, and other tool-related infrastructure components essential to semiconductor manufacturing operations. The Commodity Manager will be responsible for supplier development, sourcing strategy, contract negotiations, risk management, and supplier performance management to ensure capability, capacity, quality, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity. The successful candidate will partner closely with technical stakeholders, factory operations, facilities organizations, and global sourcing teams to support Intel's growing manufacturing footprint in Oregon, Arizona, Ireland, and other ramping sites. As Intel continues to expand manufacturing capacity globally, this individual will play a critical role in enabling site readiness and operational excellence by developing scalable supply-chain solutions, evaluating alternative suppliers and technologies, and proactively mitigating business continuity risks. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable operating strategically and tactically, influencing decisions across multiple organizations, and engaging with stakeholders ranging from engineers and factory leaders to supplier executives, Intel Directors, and Vice Presidents.
