Requirements

  • 1–3 years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
  • BS in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills and financial acumen.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage material spend of $15M–$25M, ensuring cost optimization and supply continuity.
  • Develop and negotiate supplier contracts that minimize TCO and improve quality.
  • Lead PPV/VAVE projects and cross-functional workshops to identify savings opportunities.
  • Drive working capital improvements through inventory reduction, lead time optimization, and innovative solutions like consignment and 3PL.
  • Conduct RFQs, analyze quotes, and perform cost breakdowns to secure best commercial terms.
  • Support manufacturing sites with supplier performance issues related to quality and delivery.
  • Deliver measurable results aligned with KPIs and strategic goals.
