Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Excel and purchasing-related processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Interest in developing a long-term career in automotive procurement and supply chain.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of automotive commodities across multiple suppliers with significant annual spend.
Analyze supplier performance, pricing, manufacturing processes, and market trends to develop sourcing strategies.
Lead supplier selection activities for new vehicle programs and support global sourcing initiatives.
Establish cost targets, negotiate pricing, and drive annual cost reduction projects.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
Maintain purchasing data, BOMs, quotations, and sourcing documentation using SAP and other procurement systems.
Leverage Excel and data analysis to support sourcing decisions, reporting, and supplier performance evaluations.
