Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in commodity buying or strategic sourcing
- Proficiency in procurement systems, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Strong understanding of market analysis, cost modeling, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations teams
- Ensure reliability in supply chain processes, mitigating risks and maintaining continuity
- Champion innovation by identifying and integrating new suppliers and technologies
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across procurement and business units
