About The Position

The Sales Reporting & Commissions Coordinator supports the Sales Reporting & Commissions Analyst with recurring sales reporting, commission processing, data validation, reconciliations, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and interested in developing experience in sales reporting, commissions, finance, or data analysis.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed data.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to follow established processes, meet recurring deadlines, and ask questions when something does not appear correct.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree, college coursework, or training in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Previous experience in accounting, payroll, commissions, sales operations, reporting, data entry, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, CRM/ERP systems, or similar business systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Gather, organize, and validate sales data for reporting and commission calculations.
Assist with monthly and quarterly commission calculations and incentive payouts.
Review reports and commission data for accuracy, completeness, and potential discrepancies.
Research differences and help resolve reporting or commission questions.
Maintain supporting schedules, documentation, and commission records.
Maintain sales and commission data across company systems and spreadsheets.
Assist with reconciliations between sales, finance, payroll, and reporting systems.
Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data and escalate issues when needed.
Assist with reporting improvements, system enhancements, and process automation.
Work closely with the Sales Reporting & Commissions Analyst, Finance, Payroll, Sales, and other teams.
Assist with employee and leadership questions related to sales reporting and commissions.
Follow established procedures, deadlines, and internal controls.
Maintain confidentiality of compensation and financial information.
Assist with audit and documentation requests as needed.
