We are ERock! ERock (NYSE: EROC) is enabling energy for a new era. ERock delivers onsite utility-grade power that gets customers up and running quickly, while supporting long-term grid development. ERock's proprietary natural gas generators help critical facilities address grid constraints, interconnection delays, and outage risks while accelerating speed-to-power for new and expanding operations. Trusted by data centers, utilities, manufacturers, healthcare systems and government organizations, ERock engineers for rapid deployment, long-duration reliability, low local emissions, and scalable performance to meet the evolving energy demands of today and tomorrow. Position Summary: The Commissioning Manager is the technical manager and primary escalation point for ERock's commissioning technicians within the System Integration organization and is the single point of accountability for confirming that each unit's complete control system — PLCs, protective relays, generating-set controllers, and the SCADA supervisory layer — performs as designed before it is placed in service. This role leads the preparation, scheduling, execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and closeout of commissioning activities from factory acceptance testing (FAT) through site acceptance testing (SAT) and final energization, across ERock's low-voltage and medium-voltage microgrid projects. The manager develops the commissioning team's technical capability, establishes repeatable practices, and ensures technicians have the direction and support needed to execute safely, efficiently, and professionally.
