This role ensures that all systems and equipment are installed, tested, commissioned, and documented in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, safety standards, and operational objectives. The Commissioning Manager serves as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and operations personnel throughout the commissioning process and is responsible for driving successful project turnover and client acceptance.
