Job Description: This role is a key member of the Global Commission Department as part of the Commission Support Team, with primary responsibility for managing Commission Adjustment/Exception, payment and other commission support requests via tickets in CRM, supporting various commission-related email inboxes, and processing commission functions in DataTrax to ensure timely and accurate commission payments while protecting the integrity of the Elevated doTERRA Compensation Plan

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge and understanding on Compensation Plans
  • Experience working in CRM systems and DataTrax if not currently proficient, willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Professional proficiency in English is required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical/investigative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to move quickly between tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team required
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and willing to ask for help when needed
  • Motivated by routine and repeated processes while maintaining high accuracy
  • Passionate about protecting the integrity of the Compensation Elevated Plan
  • Desire to leverage AI to improve Commission Support tools and processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage Commission Exception tickets within CRM from intake to resolution, including reviewing qualification data, volume, rank requirements, and payout calculations to determine approvals, denials, or escalations
  • Clearly document decisions and communicate outcomes to internal partners through CRM and commission email channels
  • Manage and respond to the Commission, Direct Deposit and other department inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
  • Process commission-related adjustments, including waivers, AR ledger adjustments, clawbacks, and direct deposit updates
  • Participate in weekly and monthly commission run audits to ensure payout accuracy and plan compliance
  • Research and help prevent manipulation or fraudulent activity related to the Elevated Compensation Plan
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation within Commission Support, including leveraging AI tools
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Member Services, Account Management, Compliance, Member Protection, Placements, Finance, and other cross-functional teams
  • Support additional commission processes as needed to ensure timely and accurate payments
