The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Requirements

Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Be the Go-To Expert: Provide timely and accurate responses to commission, disbursement, and agent contracting inquiries.
Resolve Issues: Handle inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and thoughtful resolutions to maintain a positive company image.
Utilize Cutting-Edge Systems: Use CyberLife, Policy Link, BPM Workflow, CAL, and PADE to assist agents with their questions and concerns.
Conduct In-Depth Research: Investigate commission, production, and payment status, as well as 1099-NEC and 480.6 tax forms for various agents.
